Support Update
The new server is running and fully operational as of July 13, 2025.

Issues as of December 16, 2025
The Presets are updated and functional (closing the issue of December 8). However, an antiquated library is preventing the display of equivalent values on the Configuration Wizard (where you build-out your mission before launching). For example, Preset 1 (1 Human, 1 ECLSS) is suppose to be 30 days. The dashboard will present 10 days, but when run it will in fact process a full 30 days. We’re working on this and will have an update ASAP.

Supported Systems
We have tested Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Firefox is preferred. SIMOC Is intended to be used on laptops and desktops. While it does work on some tablets and phones, the web interface is not optimized for these platforms.
